Return Program:
We offer one year quanlity warranty to all products we sold. If the user found any defective products which is in accordance with our warranty term, then we will change with new ones.
But some times, the defective products need to be returned to us.
We know and understand that most of the time returning products is a big hassle. In an effort to, "not be like the other guys" we have created a very straight forward and transparent returns policy so that returning a product to us is simple and easy.
1, Return us only the defective devices. (other accessaries are not needed)
2, Customer must pre-pay the shipping charges for returning. After we checking on and found the devices did have defective hardware, we will deduct this charges from the amount of the customer's next order.
3, We will bear the shipping charges for the replacements shipping from our side to customers.
